Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival – Entebbe Airport to Entebbe (Approx. 10-30 mins
drive)

• On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by our
  friendly representative and transferred to your hotel.
• Meal Plan: Bed & Breakfast

Day 2: Entebbe – Kibale Forest National Park (Approx. 5-6 hrs
drive)

• Scenic drive through Uganda’s countryside, the Albertine Escarpment,
  and Fort Portal.
• Stop at Kasenda Craters & the breathtaking Top of the World
  viewpoint.
• Visit Lake Nyinambuga, famously featured on the 20,000 Ugandan
  Shilling note.
• Evening at leisure at your lodge.
• Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (Full Board)

Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Swamp Walk

• Morning briefing at Kanyanchu Park Headquarters followed by
  chimpanzee trekking (1 hour with chimps upon sighting).
• Spot other primates such as Red-tailed Monkeys, Blue Vervet, Black
  & White Colobus & rare bird species.
• Afternoon guided nature walk at Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary – a
  community-run eco-tourism project.
• Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (Full Board)

Day 4: Kibale – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest (Approx. 7 hrs drive)

• Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, home to the
  endangered Mountain Gorillas.
• Check in and relax at your lodge.
• Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (Full Board)

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

• Early morning briefing followed by Gorilla Trekking (2-5 hours of
  trekking + 1 hour with gorillas).
• Spot other wildlife: butterflies, frogs, primates, & bird species.
• Optional visit to Ride 4 a Woman Project – interact with local women
  artisans.
• Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch (Packed) & Dinner (Full Board)

Day 6: Bwindi – Fly to Entebbe – Departure

• Morning transfer to Kihihi Airstrip for your domestic flight to Entebbe.
• Connect to your onward international flight.
• Meal Plan: Bed & Breakfast
