   Comfort and Convenience: The villa is equipped with modern amenities including a generator, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, hangers, geysers, towels, toiletries, a medical kit, and mosquito repellent.
2. Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
   Contemporary Design: The villa boasts 6 contemporary bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms and air conditioners.
   Additional Comfort: Extra mattresses can be provided on request. Two rooms on the ground level and two on the first level have TVs. Four bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds each.
   Well-Appointed Bathrooms: Each attached bathroom offers geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

   Charming Living Room: The beautiful living room offers comfortable seating for up to 20 guests and is equipped with Wi-Fi, a music system, and a TV.
   Private Family Pool: The villa features a private pool, perfect for a refreshing start to your day.

   Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen includes a refrigerator and water purifier, with crockery and cutlery available.
   In-House Meals: All meals can be provided in-house from a specially curated menu at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person per day.

   Standalone Property: The villa is surrounded by a compound wall for privacy and security.
   Connectivity: All mobile networks work fairly well, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available (subject to network availability).
   Security: CCTV cameras capture the external areas for security purposes.
   Nature Cautions: Due to the location, guests are advised to remain cautious of bugs and insects.
   Entertainment: The property has an air-conditioned game room for your entertainment.
5. Important Information:
   Max Occupancy: The villa accommodates up to 20 adults.
   Rules and Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. Alcohol consumption is permitted, but food/drinks are not allowed in and around the pool. Smoking is allowed only in the exterior areas. Guests must adhere to pool timings and wear appropriate swimming attire.
   Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000 is required at check-in.
   Music and Parties: Loud music is not allowed after 10 p.m.; however, normal music can be played inside the villa. Late-night parties and stag groups are not allowed.
   Guest Policy: Exact number of guests must be shared at booking, and additional guests will be chargeable. No outside guests are allowed without prior information. All illegal activities are prohibited.
   Food and Kitchen Access: Outside food is prohibited, and kitchen access is not available except for infants and guests with special dietary requirements. Bisleri water is not provided at the property.
