Stay Terms & Conditions:
Option 1: Check-in at 12:00 PM, Check-out at 10:00 AM
Option 2: Check-in at 6:00 PM, Check-out at 4:00 PM
Both check-in times are subject to availability.

Payment Policy:
Check-in will be allowed only after 100% payment is received upon arrival.
Swimming Pool Usage:
Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Any use after these hours will be at the guest’s own risk, and the management will not be responsible for safety or security.

Liability:
The management is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

Identification Requirements:
All residential guests over 18 years must provide a valid Aadhar card (either hard copy or digital) at the time of check-in.
A government-issued ID for 2 persons will be held by management during the stay and returned upon check-out.
Only registered guests with valid photo ID are allowed to check in.

Visitor Policy:
No outside visitors are allowed during the stay. Any extra persons entering the villa will be charged as extra guests.
Prior permission is required for extra guests, and they are not allowed without approval.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music or noise is permitted during this time.

Late Check-Out:
Late check-out will incur a fee Extraper room per hour.

Extra Guest Charges:
Day visitors (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM) will be charged ₹Extra per person.
Overnight visitors will be charged Extra per person per night.

Damages:
Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property during their stay, and charges will be as per actual costs.
House Rules & Neighborhood:
Guests are required to respect house rules and maintain the privacy of the neighborhood and staff.

Minimum Guarantee:
The minimum guarantee confirmed at the time of booking cannot be altered under any circumstances.

Holi Festival Policy:
The use of colors is strictly prohibited in and around the rooms and pool.
A designated lawn and terrace area will be provided for Holi celebrations.
A fine of ₹15000 will be charged for any damage caused by trespassing with colors into restricted areas such as the pool and rooms.

Personal Care:
Guests are encouraged to bring personal hygiene items such as towels, soap, and shampoo as a COVID-19 precautionary measure.
Substance Prohibition:
Guests are advised that any possession of illegal substances, as per the Narcotics Act, will be dealt with according to the law.

No Smoking Policy:
Smoking inside the cottages and bedrooms is strictly prohibited. A penalty of ₹1000 will be charged for violations, including for the use of tobacco or chewing paan near the swimming pool.

Booking Terms:
Bookings cannot be postponed.
The booking amount is non-refundable.

Extra Occupancy:
For groups exceeding 8 guests, an additional charge per person (above 8 years) will apply. Stay charges only; food & beverage charges are separate.
Children aged 5-10 years stay complimentary.
