– Management will not be responsible for loss or theft of any kind
– All residential guest above 18 Years age have to submit the Aadhar card hard/soft copy at the time of checkin
– Individual Govt id for 2 person will be held with the management for the stay and will be returned at the time of checkout
– Only registered guests with Photo-ID allowed to check-in
– No outsiders allowed during your stay (all extra persons entering villa will be charged as extra guests)
– Extra guests are not allowed without prior permission
– No loud music or noise 10 pm are silent hours until 08:00am
– Late check out will result in Rs 1000 room per hour.
– Extra guests visiting the farmhouse for any number of hours during 9 am to 9 pm will be charged at INR Rs 500 person and INR RS 1000 person per night if extended stay.
– Incase of any damage client will be liable to pay as actuals.
– Client has to respect the home rules and privacy of the neighbourhood and people in service at the farm.
– Client has to adhere to the minimum Guarantee confirmed at the time of booking the same is not amendable under any circumstances.
– *As per the Occasion of Holi its strictly Prohibited for guest to use colour in and around in and around the rooms & Pool, Our lawn and Terrace area has been designated towards the same purpose.
– *A fine of 5000/- will be applicable for trespassing with colours in the pool and rooms against the damages.
– Client is requested to bring along their Personal Hygiene and Health care Products like and Towel Soap and Shampoo as a Covid 19 precautionary Measure.
– Incase of Any random check by government authorities if the client is found in possession of any substance Prohibited as per narcotics act, client shall be liable for the same.
– *No Smoking Inside the bedrooms at any cost. A Penalty of 1000/- is applicable for the act same is applicable with gutka or paan around the swimming pool area
– Booking cannot be postponed.
– Booking Amount is Non refundable
– Extra occupancy obove 15 Guest INR 500/- for age above 8 Years only stay f&b charges are seprate
