As you enter the property through a grand gate, you are greeted by a scenic pathway lined with lush lawns, leading you to the spacious living room. Designed for large groups, the living area offers ample seating and a designated dining space for shared meals.

– Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms provide private retreats.
– Four additional bedrooms on the first level, each with its unique charm.
– The villa accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably, with extra mattresses available to ensure everyone finds their perfect spot to relax.
– Living Spaces:
– Enjoy an intimate living area with comfortable sofas and a TV.
– A generous balcony with seating offers panoramic views, creating a tranquil escape amidst nature.
Amenities:
– Bathing essentials and towels, including bath, hand, and pool towels.
– Air-conditioning throughout the villa to maintain a cool and comfortable atmosphere.

House Rules:
1. Strictly no drug usage or illegal activities on the property.
2. Guests are liable for any damage to property or furniture.
3. Indoor smoking is prohibited in rooms, toilets, and lobby areas.
4. Late checkout incurs an extra charge of ₹3000, deducted from the security deposit.

– Check-out: 11 AM
– A refundable security deposit of ₹6,000 is required at check-in.
– Remaining payments will be collected online only.
– Outside food is not permitted in the villa.
– Guests may not access the kitchen, except for infants with prior permission.
– No outside visitors or day guests allowed.
– Bachelor groups and stag parties are not permitted.
– Loud music is not allowed after 8 PM; alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation.
– All guests over 18 must carry government-approved photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport).
– Inappropriate behavior or violation of house rules may result in booking refusal or eviction.

Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made 30 days prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund.
– Cancellations made 15-30 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.
– No refunds for cancellations within 15 days of check-in; 100% retention applies.
– In case of a no-show, 100% retention will be charged.
– Cancellations during peak dates (Independence Day, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Republic Day) are not accepted.
– For last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, an 85% refund will be issued if the dates are rebooked; otherwise, it will be treated as a no-show.
